之前在“DMIT香港HKG.EB VPS测评(HKG.AN5.EB.TINY)”这篇文章中提到回程电信走的163PP，原文是”不过商家标注的是 163PP，但是我分辨不出来，我理解的 163PP 应该是拥有跨境段高 QoS 保障的 163 线路， 晚高峰测试看看效果~“，就为了测试这个搭建了smokeing，测试了2天，现在有了35.8 小时连续监控（含 10-08 完整晚高峰）显示，电信方向晚高峰零劣化（1.63% → 1.87%，延迟 32.7 → 32.1ms，逐小时是一条平线）， 而同机、同批目标、同一时间的联通方向明显劣化（2.33% → 3.50%）。 ⇒ “163PP = 跨境段有 QoS 保障的 163” 这个理解，数据上是支持的。所以说电信端的表现非常不错，具体看下面的测评数据。

此外，建议关闭IPv6，因为路由瞎跑，关闭的命令如下：
